Emmanuelle Bauer is a partner in the Investment Funds and Corporate practices of Deynecourt.

Emmanuelle specialises in real estate, where she assists a clientele of domestic and international companies including institutional investors, promoters and sellers. She focuses on all types of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, financings, developments, building renovations, property management and leasing, amongst others. She has particular experience with acquisitions and disposals, funding and investment and advising on regulated and unregulated real estate investment vehicles.

She also advises fund managers and family offices on Luxembourg investment vehicles, both regulated and unregulated and works closely with depositaries, fund administrators and trust companies in Luxembourg and abroad. Emmanuelle routinely assists clients with regulatory, compliance and fund governance matters as well as sponsors listing securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Before founding Deynecourt with other partners and principals, Emmanuelle expanded her investment fund experience with another Luxembourg law firm. Before that, Emmanuelle has spent five years in Brazil with her family.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar, Emmanuelle started her career in Brussels at Gérard & Associés in the field of national and international transport law. In 2000, she joined Philippe & Partners (later Laga) in Brussels, where she gained significant experience in corporate and business laws, advising national and international companies and non-profit organisations on restructuration and various other corporate matters.

Emmanuelle is fluent in French, English and Portuguese. She has a working knowledge of Dutch and speaks moderate Spanish.
